Primera cirugía pediátrica de tórax
por videolaparoscopía en La Rioja.

El jueves 5 de julio se llevó a cabo en el Hospital Vera Barros la primera cirugía infantil de tórax por videolaparoscopía.
El paciente, un niño de un año y 8 meses de edad, quien presentaba un empiema pulmonar, fue intervenido por el Dr. Mariano Ojeda y el Dr. Euliarte. Como anestesiólogo se desempeñó el doctor Arroyo y como instrumentista la Lic. Silvia Zaragoza.
Esta técnica permite introducir, juntamente con los instrumentos quirúrgicos, una cámara de video a través de una pequeña incisión, lo que facilita al cirujano la visualización total del parénquima pulmonar.
Esta cirugía mínimamente invasiva mantiene ventajas tanto para el paciente como para su familia, ya que el postoperatorio es más corto y más confortable, al existir un pronto restablecimiento con reducción del dolor, menor incidencias de infecciones y ausencia de complicaciones por cicatriz.
El paciente fue dado de alta a las pocas horas de su intervención.

Preparación: coloque las 10 ramitas de romero en un frasco, a esto se le añade la taza de agua previamente hervida(caliente). Dejar reposar durante un día.
Aplicación:
Al día siguiente se cuela y se lo aplica en el cabello recién lavado. Seque el pelo como siempre.
